How fast is your cannabis delivery service?

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:30 PM. You can also schedule your delivery window up to 6 days in advance for maximum convenience.

What forms of payment do you accept for delivery orders?

Per Minnesota state regulations, all payments must be processed before the order leaves our store.

• We exclusively accept Dutchie Pay (Pay by Bank) for delivery orders.

• There are no processing fees for customers using this method.

• A temporary pre-authorization hold will be placed on your account when order is submitted, and the payment is finalized only after successful delivery.

What do I need to present to receive my delivery order?

To receive your order, you must be physically present and fulfill the following requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.

• You must present a valid government-issued photo ID.

• The name and ID number on your physical ID must exactly match the information provided when placing the order.

Are delivery prices the same as in-store prices?

Yes. All menu items are priced identically for both in-store shopping and home delivery.

Can I use discounts or loyalty rewards on delivery orders?

Yes. We use Onfleet tracking to keep you informed. You will receive live text notifications at every stage of the process, including:

• When the driver leaves the dispensary.

• An updated estimated arrival time.

• A final notification when the driver is 5 to 15 minutes away or marked as the next stop.

Is cannabis delivery discreet?

Absolutely. We prioritize your privacy. All products are securely packaged in unbranded containers, and our delivery partners utilize unmarked vehicles and professional, discreet drivers.

Can I tip my cannabis delivery driver?

No. For driver safety and in strict compliance with Minnesota OCM regulations, our drivers are prohibited from handling cash, tips, or any monetary transactions.
